Reporting to: Head of TB Operations, Beijing

Location: Beijing

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Head of TB Trade Ops to meet the budget requirements for the GTA on costs/revenues;
• Handle all export and import transactions as well as the concerning financing products;
• Frequent contact with customers regarding document discrepancies and answer the enquiries; 
• Prepare various reports according to internal requirements; 
• Prepare PBOC/SAFE reports and input data into PBOC/SAFE system;
• Perform the back up functions of TB Ops Head;

Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

• University degree preferably in Economics / Int’l Trade;
• 3-4 years' relevant trade settlement experience with a foreign bank; 
• Familiar to UCPDC, URC, Bank Guarantee business, Facility lines of Clients, third Banks and financial institutions;
• Have good knowledge of handling all import and export products including L/C SBLC, guarantee and collection, as well as the concerning finance products;
• Familiar to PBOC regulations and can operate PBOC systems.
• Good command of English; 
• Be able to perform under high pressure;
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Lotus Notes, Internet)
