职位描述/要求:

Reporting to:  Head of Card Operations

Main Responsibilities / Deliverables:

  • In charge of card operation vendor management 
  • Monitor and measure the service quality of vendor’s daily process. Track and resolve the related problem 
  • Track all vendor expanse and charges and control all vendor related cost.
  • Establish and optimize card operation procedure and ensure that all operational processes are strictly followed.
  • Ensure all vendors achieve SLAs and make regular vendor evaluation.
  • Well coordination with other departments to handle daily work
  • Develop and establish procedures with vendor to satisfy all business’s new requirements.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2-5 years’ working experience preferably in vendor management or project management.
  • Good command of English
  • Creative thinking and flexible attitude 
  • Can work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong ability of planning, negotiation and presentation
  • Strong process improvement skills and ability to drive change
