职位描述/要求：
Generic Responsibilities: · Assist Field Staff and end users at customer sites on troubleshooting of MCAD applications integrated with Windchill, a web-based data management system
· Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce issues, develop workarounds and work directly with development on testing fixes
· Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
· Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers
· Continuously develop technical skills in PTC Products, and other technologies involved in the Desktop solutions
The ideal candidate is passionate about computers and has experience with MCAD/3D-Modelling with a genuine interest in client/server applications. Eager to learn, they are able to provide creative solutions to complex issues by leveraging their technical expertise given all the constraints dictated by the customer’s environment (limited schedule, restricted access, etc.) Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Technical
· Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
· Experience with MCAD/3D-modelling and/or Client-Server architecture (PDM a plus)
· Unix/Windows : User level with basic administration knowledge

Languages
· English (Business Level)
Mandarin (Native Level) Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ·Experience with Pro/ENGINEER, CADDS, Solidworks, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutions
