• Identify Cat HEX current and future sales potential, needs, customer acceptance, and competitive pressures. Recognize the value of proposed new products, make pricing recommendations, and develop appropriate value message to the marketplace. Closely monitor market performance and industry trends. Develop applicable input for the company's short/long range forecasts.
• Joint accountability with Asia Pacific Marketing to deliver Annual Business Plan Participate in the development of long range product programs and ensure readiness to launch in the marketplace
• Provide leadership to marketing specialists (pre-field personnel)

ELIGIBILITY:

• College degree (Engineering or Marketing) or equivalent with a broad technical product/mechanical related background.
• Several years experience in staff and field positions in domestic and/or overseas marketing preferable.
• Previous Black Belt experience or Black Belt training desirable. Ability to effectively and enthusiastically communicate and work with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the Company.
• Excellent command of written and oral English is mandatory and Mandarin highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, strong initiative and a committed team player. High integrity and ethics commitment essential.
• Travel in China and Asia Pacific region up to 50-75% is expected.
