Job responsibilities
- Conduct HC budget projection and maintain up-to-date general staffing report. Responsible for keeping track on budget regarding vacancies and supervising the recruitment process
- Implements company’s recruitment plan, conduct interviews and tests based on company’s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees.
- Assist HRM to manage and optimize recruiting channel in job fairs, newspaper/web adv., internal recommendation and headhunters
- Assist HRM to develop and update staffing policies and processes to ensure policies, practices and processes are executed and full compliance to both local and the company's standard
- Handle with employee relationship and labor issues; provide consultancy to line managers on handling employee relationship
- Assist HRM to execute company performance appraisal program and review and optimize the process on yearly basis
- Support HRM to implement employee career development and succession plan.
- Support HRM to proceed Management Trainee scheme
- Others tasks or programs assigned by HRM
Job qualification
1. Bachelor Degree preferably in HR management
2. 4+year experience in human resource function preferably in FMCG
3. Good Computer skills.
4. Good Communication and people skills.
5. At least CET-6, proficiency in both spoken and written English
6. A team player and a strong communicator, very customer oriented, strong process/project manager, confident and highly motivated.
7. Under pressure.
