Job Description
Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer Location: Guangzhou Position Specification: Under the supervision of SQA Manager, the supplier Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for managing the supplier product’s quality and pushing the quality improvement to the product from supplier. Basic Accountabilities: 1. Development and implement supplier quality assurance system. 2. Carrying out the supplier process audit, following up the resolving of quality problem related to suppliers. 3. Participate in the localization project, cost reduction project or new part trial-produce project which related to supplier,including: 3.1 Preparing Quality Plan; 3.2 Responsible to validating the sample and establishing the sample Inspection standard; 3.3 Confirming the supplier control plan; 3.4 Confirming the supplier produce process; 3.5 Following up the quality problem related to supplier from prototype to production。 4. Base on the inspection data, using statistic method to audit the supplier process capability and quality control capability, confirming and pushing the quality improvement item。 5. Selecting and evaluating supplier with relative department and participate in Q-plus audit. 6. Periodically evaluating the supplier’s quality status and reporting the supplier’s quality improvement work, raising the suggestion about canceling the qualification of those suppliers whose produce remaining bad quality status but haven’t way to improve。 7. Following up the FTB/AMT related to suppliers; 8. Participating in ACE activity and ISO9000 activity。 9. Compliance with EH&S policy and standards of Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules. Actively participate in Company's EH&S activity and support department to develop safety management practices. Qualification Requirement: · Education: University Degree in Engineering · Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in supplier quality control, preferably in elevator industry · Language: Good in both Chinese and English reading and speaking · Computer Skills: Knowledge of Windows, Ms Offices and database software · Other Key Competencies: Statistical analysis skill. 岗位职能描述

岗位描述: 在供应商质量经理领导下,供应商质保工程师负责管理供应商产品质量,及推动供应商的质量改进。 工作内容: 1.建立并推行供应商质量保证体系。 2.实行供应商过程审核,跟进质量问题的解决方法。 3.参加涉及供应商方面的国产化,成本降低或新零部件试制等项目,包括: 3.1 准备质量计划; 3.2 负责样品的验证和验收标准的制定; 3.3 控制计划的审核; 3.4 供应商生产过程的审查; 3.5 跟踪从试制到批量生产的质量问题。 4.根据检验数据,运用统计方法进行对供应商过程能力、质量控制能力进行评估,并确定质量改进项目并推行。 5.与相关部门一起进行新供应商选择评审和参加Qplus的审查。 6.定期评估供应商的质量状况并报告供应商的质量改进工作,对质量状况差而无法改进的供应商,提出取消其相应产品供货资格的建议。 7.负责跟踪和解决CTR反馈的质量问题。 8.参加ACE活动及ISO9000的工作。 9.严格遵守和执行奥的斯公司的环境健康安全(EH&S)政策和法规、公司的安全规程,以及当地的安全政策和法规,积极参与公司的EH&S活动,支持部门开展安全管理工作。 资质要求: · 学历:大学工科专业毕业 · 工作经验:至少具有三年的供应商质量管理工作经验;最好是电梯行业 · 语言能力:良好中、英文阅读及口语能力 · 计算机水平:掌握Windows, Ms Offices 和数据库软件知识 · 其它主要资质:具备统计学分析问题能力 联系方式:
