职位描述/要求：
 
The basic requirements for the following position are:
·         Fluent in English and Mandarin
·         Professional appearance expected at all times
·         CV/Resume in English and Chinese both
·         Good Organizational skills
·         Must know how to manage and lead team
·         Must be very market driven
·         Target focused
·         Pro-active and outgoing
·         Role-model
·         Preferable experience in education sector or sales of service or any other intangible goods
·         Must be able to come up with new distribution channels
·         Ideally also with some marketing background
·         Travel activity involved
·         2 – 3 references

Job Functions:
The position reports to the Enrolment and Marketing Director. The purpose of the role is to plan and implement sales activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.
  1. Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
  2. Plan and implement sales and development for student recruitment.
  3. Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
  4. Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
  5. Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
  6. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing department.
  7. Select and manage external agencies.
  8. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.

Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities

The Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College was formed as a result of the Joint Venture partnership between the famous Chinese Jin Jiang International brand and Laureate's leading Swiss hotel school, Les Roches. The College began its full time Hotel Operations Management program in September 2004 on the campus of Shanghai Normal University, located in Fengxian. In order to meet the needs of our increased enrollment, the College is now in the process of recruiting faculty and administration personnel. As all courses are taught in English, applicants must have a strong command of the English language.
