Describe Job Duties:
- Work closely and provide direct technical product support to development team.
- Writing scripts for test purpose, testing and verifying new hardware and software according to RFC and design spec, setting up environment to trouble-shoot bugs and verifying prototype are the most common daily tasks.
- Write bug reports, configure sample, technical bulletins and application notes for the Fortinet support web site and knowledge base

Describe Job Experience Required:
-Deep understanding of one or more of developer tools such as Python,Perl,TCL,Expect, Linux shell script, Java
-Knowledge of Linux: 2.4, 2.6 Network, Daemon, System Config
-Network knowledge: TCP/IP and basic network security
-Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot software
-Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports, and test results
-Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, and software development fundamentals
-Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate well with other departments
-Ability to work on assigned tasks under tight time constraints
