职位描述/要求：
We are looking for ambitious and experienced persons for the positions of Traffic Controllers for some of our major customers .
The main activities of a Traffic Controller are as follows:
1) Monitor and follow up shipment activities of the entire transport chain, solve incidents, analyze incidents and initiate corrective actions.
2)Run reports and maintain data for customers and Key Account Management Team.
3)Check and control tracking data in order to ensure good Track & Trace data quality.
4)Support in implementation of new business & improving our services to the customer
5)Regular reviews of processes and initiate improvements.
Requirements:
1) 3+ years experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding industry .
2) Strong analytical skills to collect and measure data. 3) Ability to solve problems quickly and in a competent manner.
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Customer oriented.
6) Team driven and good motivator, flexible and pressure proof.
7) Excellent spoken and written English (CET6 or above).
