We are looking for ambitious and experienced persons for the positions of Traffic Controllers for some of our major customers .

The main activities of a Traffic Controller are as follows:

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor and follow up shipment activities of the entire transport chain, solve incidents, analyze incidents and initiate corrective actions.
2) Run reports and maintain data for customers and Key Account Management Team.
3) Check and control tracking data in order to ensure good Track & Trace data quality.
4) Support in implementation of new business & improving our services to the customer
5) Regular reviews of processes and initiate improvements.
6) Participation in review meetings with customer.
 
Requirements:
 
1) 2+ years experience in freight forwarding (air and ocean).
2) Knowledge of supply chain management (e.g. warehouse management) would be a plus.
3) Excellent IT knowledge.
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Ability to solve problems quickly and in a competent manner.
6) Good analytical skills to collect and measure data.
7) Team driven and good motivator, flexible and pressure proof.
8) Excellent spoken and written English (CET6 or above).
9) Willingness to travel
