Job description:

The CAD group is responsible for schematic capture and layout (PCB) capture of designs made by the hardware engineers (STB and modem design) and generate the documentation (Gerber file, BOM) that will be sent to the PCB maker and assembly plant.

As a PCB layout engineer you should be proficient in using Allegro HDL and layout tool. have good understanding of layout rules as well as the PCB manufacturing process in factory. You will be required to work with hardware team to create qualified PCB designs and provide support through the manufacturing process. Cooperation spirit is important and good analytical problem solving skills are preferable.

 

Required profile:

General
- Good communication skill in English (written and orally).

- High level of initiative and responsibility (eye for details).

 

Specific
-Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

-3+ years of PCB layout design experience in electronic field.

-2+ Allegro HDL and layout experience is required and Mentor Graphics(DX-designer) is a plus.

-Experience with creation and maintenance library is a strong plus.

-Experience using Zuken(Visual,Cadstar), Powerpcb is a plus.

-Familiarity with STB- and modem- design is a plus.
-Experience with high-speed PCB design and RF circuitry is a plus.
-Experience with regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surges,…) is a plus.

-          创建物料清单并管理相关设计数据和文档。

具体专业背景
- 电子类专业本科及以上学历。

- 3年以上电子产品电路板设计经验。

- 熟练操作CAD软件，至少2年Allegro layout 设计经验，同时熟悉Mentor Graphics者优先。

- 熟悉PCB制作，组装的工艺和流程。

- 有零件库制作和维护经验者优先。

- 有Zuken(visual), PowerPCB 和Protel使用经验者优先。

- 熟悉机顶盒和DSL Modem设计者优先。

- 有高速电路板和射频电路设计经验者优先。

- 熟悉电磁兼容，静电防护，浪涌测试者优先。
