Responsibility:
> Responsible for the design & development for W-CDMA OAM S/W modules like Fault Management, Network Element Configuration, GUI, etc.
> Involved into all stages of the development process (specifications, development, target testing, documentation, support), and interface with other project stakeholders (architects, project managers, integration & design teams)
> Analyze functional requirements and implement new features
> Provide support of developed products throughout the release cycle
> Provide development estimates for release planning and activity planning
> Work with other global Alcatel-Lucent teams as required
> Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables

Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree is the least, major in computer science.
Optional:
telecommunication background
Master degree
1-2 years' related working experience

> Strong C++/Java or TCL/Shell script programming skills & experience. OOAD experience is required.
> Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills. CET-6 is preferred
> Self-motivated and autonomous in the work
> Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
> Familiar with s/w development quality processes
> Knowledge of a source management tool (Clearcase, CVS).
> Experience of Unix/Linux development is value-added
> Experience in CORBA programming is value-added.
> Knowledge into telecommunication network is value-added, especially in the domain of W-CDMA network
