Job purpose:
 
Be responsible for ordering of finished produccts from France based on forecast; Follow up with the order processing in France, monitor shipment process, allocate and dispatch finished goods from Shanghai factory to each distribution centers.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1.      Issue weekly order to France based on rolling periodic sales forecast
2.      Follow up the ocean shipment with colleagues in France to ensure the regular goods supply
3.      Communicate with factory about the incoming goods and copacking plan
4.      Keep close monitoring of Distribution center goods supply and arrange daily dispatch of finished goods from factory to Distribution center
5.      Evaluate the services of forwarders, ask for compensation for the damages and make analysis for the freight.
6.      Issue inventory monitoring report
 
Qualifications:
 
1.      Experience on inventory planning, or importing.
2.      Fluent oral and written English skill.
3.      Good at communication with different culture and level
4.      Team player with excellent analysis and problem solving ability
