Missions
• To execute the testing of EPS products in the factory
• Participate it the FAT
• Interface with customers or customer technicians during run-off (if need)
• Identify potential or real risks with the equipment
Responsibilities
• Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and the Process Manual to understand the type of machine that has been assembled.
• Identify the list of items that would be necessary for the testing of the machine.
• Study and understand specific information relating to the aspects of the particular machine to be tested.
• Piecing together the various mechanical parts of the machine, process manual and specific instructions during the assembly of the machines
• Ensure that each part is correct and according to specifications, if not, to discuss with Leader for non-conformity correction.
• Where parts are missing, notify Production Manager. In the absence of superiors, to exchange parts with other similar machines.
• Prepares a Control Sheet and signs it for identification purposes and to ensure maintenance of quality
• Assist and execute in the testing of machines and participate in FAT
• Diagnose mechanical problems, establish solutions and execute updates in accordance with Engineering and Methods
• Process control on Equipment, Processing of bottles
• Additional Leadership Role: n Attends management meetings and briefings n Conveys management policy decisions to other technicians in the group.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor degree in Mech./Elec Engineering or relative work experience
Experience : At least 5 years working experience in Machinery manufactory industry and manufacturing environment
Competences / Specific knowledge : Knowledge of the mechanical, piping and painting aspects of the assembly Process knowledge of Filling line equipment Able to understand management policies and requirements English communication skill
