MISSIONS :
• Drive day-to-day project management operations for all Sidel Group portfolio from business opportunity identification to project closing according to PMP, and manage claims
• Ensure projects technical & QCD level in front of the client, projects profitability and customer satisfaction
• Voice of SIDEL in front of the customer
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Is responsible in front of its cluster teams (eng. support, field eng., LISM,…) for:
• Challenging projects stakeholders
• Supporting team-mates, in particular to solve issues
• Coaching/ developing teams : building & maintaining of competence & skills
• Is responsible in front of its hierarchy for:
• Driving projects with optimized margin (including add-on's) and maximized client satisfaction
• Feeding and updating the project management ERP
• Managing projects risks and contingencies plan
• Escalating issues to manage risks/ leverage Sidel Group network
• Is responsible in front of transversal stakeholders (PG, CoE, Sales, Engineering support,…) for:
• Designing projects in line with Sidel Group capabilities
• Is responsible in front of the client for:
• Matching clients needs with Sidel portfolio offer
• Ensuring QCD level of the project
• Providing assistance during all the project
• Ensuring data collection for project manufacturing
• Technical and cost definition of quotations
• Ensuring adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders
• Giving feed back to CoE for process & quality improvement
• Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipt, piping & electrical works, … )

PRE-REQUIREMENTS :
Education : Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering & Mechanical
Experience : 5 years work experience
Competences / Specific knowledge :
• advanced data processing and/or automatism engineer areas sales experience, in complete line in a plus.
