Missions:

• The role of this position is to assist Warehouse manager and Process manager in follow areas :

• Process set up
• System and organization implementation
• Continuously improvement

• As the initial phase, this position will be also involved into the SUBPLANT production area layout optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse layout optimization

• Involve into the warehouse layout optimization liaise with designing agency
• Assist warehouse manager for warehouse internally layout design

• Process management

• Assist Sub-plant Manager to set up operation processes for improving efficiency and reliability of operations
• Participate to the deployment of the Sidel BJ Lean Enterprise Program
• Seek optimization opportunities/suggestions on system operation
• Liaise with other sub-plant to streamline the process interface

• SAP System implementation and coordination

• Involve into SAP system set up project, coordinate local operation with SAP expertise
• Collect, analyze the operation issue on SAP system and summarize the issues to SAP expertise
• Seek optimization opportunities/suggestions on system operation

• Operation performance measurement and continuous improvement

• Set up KPI for warehouse operations
• Collect Operation data based on KPI and evaluate periodically
• Work out solutions for corrective actions if target are not reach.
• Manage and Implement continuous improvement projects using continuous improvements tools such as DMAIC Process, 5S, Kaizen workshop

PRE-REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor or above
Experience : 5 years above in manufacturing environment, 2 to 3 years above of process /performance management experience Continuous improvement management experience, Change management
Competences / Specific knowledge : Excellent language skill, English/Chinese Familiar with ERP system, preferred SAP experience Good team work spirit Good communication & Interpersonal skill Good analytical & Logical thinking method Self motivated, willing to work in a challenge environment
