Missions:

• Responsible that the delivery of the machine from Kick-Off to FAT for systematic production methodology
• Assure that the production methods will contribute to the delivery date expectation.
• Globally contribute to the good satisfaction of Customers (External and Internal).
• Devise methods and means to improve cost and productivity of machine assembly
• Participates in PDP
• Support daily operations with regard to machine assembly
• Organize flow of information from Engineering to Panning and Production
  

Responsibilities:

• Creates assembly methods for assembly and testing of SBO and COMBI machines.
• Coordinates assembly plan with Planner
• Follows and updates assembly methods of all machines to be produced and facilitates communication for improvement thereof.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the information pertaining to the machine assembly and production BOM (available in SAP),
• Communicates with internal/external contributors (SIDEL SA, PGPM…) and handles the flow of information between the Engineering department and Factory Micro Planning.
• Co-ordinate with actions of procurement, technical support, kitting, production, testing and logistic departments toward the achievement of the delivery of the machine within the customer requirements.
• Guarantees the respect of the procedures an good working processes in planning.
• Work strongly with procurement to ensure on-time delivery from out-side suppliers.
• To assist the Production Manager in order to establish new strategies to improve the performance of the supply chain. Participates in actions aimed to improve the global performance of SIDEL Beijing. (cost reduction, productivity, improvement…).
• Participates in implementation of new ranges of equipment and processes in assembly methods and costs
• Participates in WCM sessions where machine planning is affected
• Follows all machine modifications and takes decision as to application thereof in accordance with Engineering and PGPM
• To perform other duties assigned by the management or superior effectively and efficiently.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS

Education :
Degree in related Engineering or Manufacturing discipline
Experience :
minimum 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment and 3 years in Engineeing Field
Competences / Specific knowledge :
must be able to speak and write in English and French is a plus
computer literate with SAP knowledge
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• 有效执行管理层或上级分配的其他职责
