Responsibilities: · To supervise recruitment and training. · To improve and motivate sales productivity and maintain telesales turnover rate · Monitor call results to control sales quality, prevent lapse and comply with legal requirement · To study and analysis all reports to ensure performance and sales quality · Continuous support to all team leaders · On-going training & coaching of team leaders Requirements · Degree Holder · At least 3 years' telemarketing or relevant experience, among which 1 year in managerial level · With experience in telemarketing campaign selling · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Good motivation, organizational skills · Able to work under pressure · Fluent mandarin, basic spoken and written English联系方式:
