Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

·         To prepare training related material for different insurance products, including insurance and product knowledge and sales skill training.

·         To do new TMR training and on job training.

·         To follow up and feedback training result to improve training quality.

·         Cooperate with sales team to provide necessary training accordingly.

Requirements 职位要求：

·         Degree Holder

·         At least 3 years insurance company or telesales call center trainer experience. With sales experience will be a plus.

·         Good PC skills

·         Pleasant, positive, open minded & helpful personality

·         Good communication & interpersonal skills

·         Patient & independent

·         Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

·         Willing to generate ideas to improve the team performance
