• Develop new business and maintain existing clients, meet revenue target
• Actively involved in market research projects, especially proposal design, analysis, wrtiting report with ad-value insights and make presentation
• Provide satisfactory client servicing and maintain long-term good client relationship
• Lead and manage a big team of researchers, provide coaching and training
• Actively involved in corporate strategy planning and implementation

Requirements:

• 8 years+ solid experience in market research with exposure to diverse studies and industries
• Excellent skills in business development and client servicing
• Solid communication and people management skills
• Team oriented, logical and insightful thinking, and willing to work under pressure independently
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin language
