职位描述/要求：
Production Quality Supervisor
Mission:
Under the responsibility of the Quality Manager and ，manufacture manager:
· Ensure that each control plan is in good condition with the process.
· Support all layered audit on process and monitor operators ability audit.
· Manage and Follow up ** function quality issues.
Main tasks:
· Perform internal audits, Audit process according to AS2 (AS67) standard.
· Fulfill 8D actions on time when quality issues happened on line, Ensuring that containment actions are immediately and properly taken through out.
· Follow OPI13 and scrap root cause analysis.
· Support PFEMA review.
· Make out training plan for quality engineer & analysis technician and follow up the implement.
· Set up/improve repair standard.
· Set up indicator for AMG & AMT quality member and achieve the target.
· Control the manufacturing run align with standard and instruction.
· Line stop and restart control.
· Support failure analysis engineer’s job, procedure setup, administration
· Lesson learned training for operators.
· Other duties that might be required by quality manager /manufactury manager. Interlocutors / Relationships (except direct management):

· Customers Competences:
Level (diploma) required:
· Bachelor degree, preferably within electronics
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years experience within the Automotive industry, preferably within electronics, experience in SMT area, familiar with process and machine.
· Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and/or QS9000
· Experience in internal audits
· Experienced in electronics manufacturing
· Well familiar with Automotive quality core tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
· Strong knowledge in 8D method
· Well experienced to lead-quality improvement programs
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Comfortable to lead and take part of team work
· Good pedagogic skills
· Good negotiations skills
