Responsibilities:
-Professionally manage qualitative research projects from proposal stage to final reporting & presentation.
-Provide insights and actionable recommendations to clients' satisfaction.
-Train up and manage a team of supporting researchers; take up departmental duties to ensure company's business objectives will be effectively achieved.

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above (in relevant major preferred, Marketing, Business Studies, Psychology or Statistics)
-Over 6 years solid working experience in qualitative research
-Good project management, analytical and presentation skills
-Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent command of English & Chinese, verbal (Mandarin) & written
-Optimistic, Diligent, Reliable, Responsible, Pro-active and able to work well under pressure independently
