职位描述/要求：
Finance Director: with a Joint Venture Healthcare Company
Requirements:

Male preferred but will consider female;
-
30-40 years of age from Shanghai area preferred;
-
University education or above;
-
Health care / biomedical related fields an advantage;
-
Good written and oral English communication ability and skill a must;
-
8-10 years’ past work experience in financial/ accounting required, of which at least 5 years as finance director/ controller/ CFO;
-
Good people skills and past PR/ regulatory work experience a plus;
-
Start-up company work experience a plus;
-
Overseas or international business company work experience a plus;
Major Responsibilities:

Development and establishment of business related new companies, including WFOE Co, Chinese New Co, JV Co. Completion on all regulatory filings and registrations

Establishment of financial / accounting systems for all the companies and maintain separate independent accounting books

Serving as the main technical support on company’s debt financing with banks and financial institutions

Serving a central role in a team effort on project budgeting, capital planning, executing and monitoring according to company business plan
-
Working with Managing Director to establish company compensation system and conduct monthly payroll activities
-
Conduct other company daily routine financial / account activities
Remuneration:
Commensurate with experience ranging from RMB 15,000 - 25,000 per month plus other standard benefit plans
