Responsibility:
1) Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
2) Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
3) Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
4) As required, maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. 5) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Qualification:
1) Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience in product production planning and some knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and cost reduction techniques.
2) Above 3 years of related experience.
3) Good English both in speaking and writing.
4) Strong ability about communication & team work.
