Responsibility:

1) Responsible for development of new or modified process formulations, definition of processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors.

2) Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

3) Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing.

4) Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

5) May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in photomasking, diffusion, deposition, wafer fabrication, and device physics.

6) Follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Qualification:

1) B.S. degree or above.

2) Above 3 Years of related working experience in technical field such as photomasking, diffusion, deposition, wafer fabrication, and device physics.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
