职位描述/要求:
Responsibility: 1) Responsible for a variety of activities in human resource administration. 2) Screens resumes and applications and may interview applicants. 3) Counsels employees concerning work related problems and conducts termination interviews. 4) Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks. 5) Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. 6) May assist in the formulation of manpower objectives, personnel policies and procedures. 7) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification: 2) With equivalent experience in human resource related functions. 3) Have good communication skills and strong team work spirit. 4) Good English both in speaking and writing. 联系方式:
