Responsibilities:
1. Lead functionally a dedicated localization platform to achieve Localization Target
2.To define the localization schedule in interaction with the localization platform (CPC, Purchaser & tooling specialist)
3.To follow up each localization project steps and support when necessary in order to respect localization step deadlines
4. To follow up the progress of the localization planning, upgrade the information accordingly & report it every two weeks
5. To support the project members to communicate with BEGT,ISP & French Supports efficiently
6. To follow up & upgrade the localization indicators & information of ABT localization through ACCESS project
7. To identify & resolve the problems of localization; to bring major problems to the attention of the project manager
8. To collect / dig all the information out from Mother Plant, BEGT ABT & International Purchasing team in order for the
localization platform to carry out the feasibility study efficiently
9. To meet related localization section Manager (SECI Purchasing, Tooling, CDC, ABT Purchasing, JV TA) as soon as
problems arisen in order to solve them immediately.
10. To review regularly in detail with the ABT Localization Manager the localization status and issues of feasibility study project

Requirements:
1.1-2 years working experience in project management and  3 years working experience in Mechanical or electrical industry with Engineering Background,
2. Having working experience in Purchasing, design, Supplier quality management, tooling, plant operation are preferred.
3. Good communication and presentation skill
4. Excellent English skill both in oral and written
