Responsibilities:
1. Be the company worldwide transistor and diodes technical specialist;
2. Define, lead and enforce the company technical strategy for discrete semiconductors;
3. Work with corporate purchasing team on supplier strategy;
4. Provide component knowledge to company worldwide design, purchasing and manufacturing teams;
5. Support project teams to specify and qualify components and find second sources;
6. Capitalize and distribute component application knowledge;
7. Survey and benchmark suppliers' technical offers;
8. Manage transistors and diodes data in the corporate database.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree (preferred), major in Electronic Engineering/Microelectronics;
2. Above 5 years experience in Electronic product design as Electronic Engineer or Field Application engineer involving the discrete semiconductor domain;
3. Know component specifications, manufacturing process and related standards;
4. Familiar with the worldwide discrete semiconductor market and applications (Suppliers, technologies and applications);
5. Team work spirit as part of a worldwide network;
6. Good communications skills, including written and spoken English;
7. Able to investigate and intervene in technical issues to assess and mitigate risks and make recommendations;
8. Passionate to keep learning on new technology and knowledge.
