JD:
1.Responsible for research and innovation in WiMAX networks or other wireless communication area, should have strong technical background and innovation ability.
2.Theoretical analysis and prototype validation.
3.Responsible for wireless physical layer or MAC layer technical research.
4.Contribution to paper publication, patent application and standardization.
5. Focus the research work in multi-hop relay and mesh wireless network

Requirements:
1.Education background:PhD
2.Major in: Telecommunications or computer related
3.Working experience: Hope the candidates have related expperiences, the outstanding PhD candidates are also acceptable.
4.Computer skill:Strong skills and experiences in the wireless simulation tools, such as Matlab or OPNET.
5.Language ability: Good verbal and written communication skill in English
6.Other requirements:Creativity and team spirit
