主要责任:
1. 负责物料计划的制定,进口部件的购买以及库存数量的控制从而确保货物及时、充足的供应并且将指定产品的库存数量维持在最佳水平
2. 确保供应商按时完成产品的包装和货运
3. 在准时供货,交货过程和接待投诉方面监督供货商
4. 负责国内外零件的订购及质量追踪
5. 监督并控制运输成本
6. 在亚太地区的货物及产品供给问题上与客户服务和销售部门合作
7. 与生产部门一起制定生产计划
资质要求:
1. 本科学历,经济或物流相关专业
2. 在物料计划,采购和库存控制方面至少具有三年的经验
3. 能够吃苦耐劳并具有良好的团队精神
4. 良好的策划,组织分析及数据处理能力
5. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
6. 能熟练操作Office办公软件并且熟悉ERP(企业资源计划)或ORACLE系统的应用

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for material planning, import parts procurement and inventory control to ensure on time supply while maintaining optimum stock level for assigned products
2. Ensure shipping and packaging requirements are carried out timely by suppliers
3. Monitor supplier performance with regards to on time supply, lead time, complaint etc.
4. Responsible for parts ordering and tracking on domestic and overseas parts
5. Monitor and control transportation cost
6. Coordinate with customer service and sales team in Asia Pacific for the supply issues
7. Working with production on weekly production plan reviewing
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in economics, logistics or related
2. At least 3 years experience in material planning, purchasing and inventory control
3. Be able to work under stress with team spirits
4. Good planning, organizing, analysis and data processing skills
5. Fluent in spoken and written English
6. Good command of MS office and ERP or ORACLE applications
