Position Title: EMI Engineer    Department:Product Engineer Department 

Report To: EMI Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Performance, controls and fuel system support (electronic & Mechanical) for all products.
• Attend meetings with suppliers and organize any necessary issues/actions for engineers.
• Provide technical support to production on Hot Test, No Load Leak Test & Engine Test Stand 2 issues with engine performance using statistical analysis and techniques.
• Provide support to engineers on problem resolution functions for controls issues in production released calibrations.
• Provide support to engineers with the release of calibrations and rating releases to meet customer requirements.
• Provide support to engineers on test cell optimization activities.
• Provide support to engineers on writing releases for calibrations and structure changes.
• Analyze production test results using statistical methods to assist engineers.
  Provide technical support to help manufacturing engineers troubleshoot manufacturing tools
• Arrange engine for HD certifications, prepare and submit the documentation for agency approval.
• Organize and coordinate resources for COP test and analyze test results.

QUALIFICATION: 

• Bachelor above major in Engine, Auto or Electronic Control
• Minimum of 5 years experience of diesel engines focusing on performance & operating characteristics as well as on calibration aspects.
• Be a specialist/expert in fuel systems and engine performance.
• Able to communicate at all level in English.
