• 2-4 years fulltime programming experience
  
• Familiar and experience in JSP/JAVA programming
  
• Experience in TOMCAT, WebSphere or Weblogic platform
  
• Experience in Oracle, SQL or other relationship Database
  
• Good command of English and communication skills
