职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and recommend business opportunities & strategies
Provide effective business representation for assigned projects and terms
Work with various managers regarding the identification and implementation of corporate strategies
Develop meaningful and profitable relationships with partners at all levels by utilizing excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
Monitor industry trends, including market and technology development, the competitive landscape, regulatory environment and government policies
Job Requirements:
Relevant education background in Marketing, Sales and Business field
Minimum 5 years business development working experience
Superior negotiation, persuasion and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong budgetary formulation and controlling skills
Strong skills in executive relationship development and management
Strong management skills and a minimum of 3 years progressive management experience
Must be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams
Must be able to manage communication across geographical borders
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communication skills, both English and Chinese

至少5年市场拓展领域工作经验
卓越的谈判技巧、影响力及沟通能力，包括口头和书面
善于事前预算并精于控制
管理销售团队并协调关系
至少3年先进的管理经验
具备成功管理多个项目的能力
具备与国外客户进行业务洽谈的能力
