Job Responsibilities:
· Identify & develop new clients.
· Create solutions to effectively build relationships with customers that lead to meeting customer's needs.
· Adapt communication style according to customer and situation in order to most effectively gain agreement.
· Build proposals and timelines in response to client needs to meet desired results.
· Strong ability to communicate plans for results with customers and management.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree, MBA is advantage.
· Minimum 5 years of IT Solution Sales experience with proven sales records.
· Strong familiarity of China market is a must.
· Strong experience in software development & interactive/web based solutions.
· Product sales with proven sales records.
· Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills.
· Excellent proposal writing & document management skills.
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills, ability to prioritize multi-tasked functions.
· Ability to focus on relationships to align key decision makers and continuous focus on profitable sales growth.
