Job Description
• Participates in Windchill application management project, responsible for Windchill PDMLink defects management, problem management, monitoring management, change management and change implementation.
• Understands customer request, and skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defects fixing.
• Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in Windchill PDMLink support service.
• Works independently as key member of project team.
• Installs and configures and backup Windchill PDMLink system;
• Willing to take night shift if needed
Job Requirement
• Bachelors Degree or college diploma, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar with 1+ years experience in a related field. (must have)
• Demonstrates technical knowledge in Java or .Net, JSP, XML, SQL, HTML, etc;
• Skills in Windchill administration and operation; (must have)
• Experience in support service is plus, preferably in Windchill PDMLink
• Expertise in UNIX operation;
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority and multiple projects concurrently..
• Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
• Customer service oriented, i.e. patience and politeness with demanding customers.
• Good command of English (must have)
