The Role
 
The Center Manager is responsible for the full operation of the Learning Center including course sales, the delivery of academic services, student service and finance.  This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activity in the center.
 
 
Profile
 
  • You love education and culture industry
  • You have a natural ability to take charge and thrive on different situations: whether that's working directly with customers, managing a team of ten to fifty professionals
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
  • You like running your own business, with your own P & L, tracking sales and retention
  • You are a natural people-person or leader, you are the lynch pin of the school (i.e. the heart of the school)
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above, MBA degree and oversea background are strongly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skill
  • 8 years or above solid experience in Sales & Operation management
  • 3 years or above solid experience in people management
