Job Description:
Course Consultant for Online Services’ responsibilities include managing pre-assigned sales leads and prioritize sales opportunities via a global CRM platform, which enables warm selling of English First Home Study programs to prospective customers over the phone via a real time and interactive online demonstration tool set.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years Telesales or Account sales experience preferred in education market and knowledge of the local business environment
-Excellent "Business Sense" for evaluating sales opportunities in a dynamic environment
-Ability to drive basic and premier education transactions, as well as delegate to ensure proper resources are engaged at the proper point in the sales cycle
-Creativity in structuring customer/business solutions as it pertains to EF Education services and program
-Ability to manage large number of leads and sales opportunities
-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
-Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment
-Good communication and persuasive closing skills, as well as outbound calling experience
-Good English capability both in written and verbal
