职位描述:
1.带领团队完成每天的工作指标, 随时发现问题解决问题.
2.指导团队成员确保他们能够正确的按公司要求的规范完成日常工作,从而达到月销售目标
3.与培训师协作,制定并执行招聘及培训计划,增强团队成员的技能和业务竞争力
4.发掘客户资源,并保持与客户的良好合作,从而能迅速产生新业务
5.建立并执行规范的步骤流程,确保KPI良好运行
6.确保所有的流程都能记录归档,定期回顾更新
职位要求:
1.4年以上带领销售团队的经验;至少2年以上Team Leader工作经验
2. 良好的领导能力,激励团队成员挖掘他们的潜在技能
3.良好的客户沟通技巧,及解决投诉问题的能力
4.良好的组织培训能力和时间管理能力
5. 统筹协调能力和较强的执行能力
Responsibilities:
1.Motivate, lead and support the team, foster accountability and responsibility, ensure maximize team performance
2.Coach team member, ensure appropriate daily operation in line with monthly target
3.Coordinate with trainer, establish and execute hiring and training plans to develop and enhance skills of team member
4.Lead and coordinate proper resources to timely support new business initiatives
5.Establish and execute best practice to maintain KPI
6.Ensure that all processes are documented, regularly reviewed and updated to reflect
Requirements:
1.4 years relevant industry experience; including at least 2 year Team Leader experience.
2. Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate staffs to deliver superior skills
3 .Excellent problem and complaint resolution skills and can take challenges.
4. Excellent skills in organizing and conducting training.
5. Independent, hard working, creative, customer focus, self-motivated and persistent.
