1. 负责制定全面的销售策略、培训计划和发展规划。
2. 负责组织销售运作、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度
3. 负责销售部的日常业务和人事管理;
4. 负责对现有客户进行良好维护和开发新客户;
5. 负责指导团队成员开发客户,传授营销技巧,提供必要的工作支持;
6. 负责锻炼和培养高素质的销售团队,为部门及团队成员制定营销目标和奖惩制度等;
7. 负责对销售及相关费用进行合理有效管理和控制。
任职要求 :
1. 大学本科以上学历,英语流利
2. 具备十年以上销售经验或客户关系管理经验,五年以上团队管理建设经验。
3. 优秀的说服、沟通能力及丰富的团队领导能力;
4. 精通各种营销、服务、渠道建设等知识技能,掌握各种客户沟通和处理客户投诉的技巧;
5. 能承受较大的工作压力。
6. 良好的数据分析能力,善于利用各种数据分析工具,能对各项销售、客户、项目数据进行分析和整合。
7. 能够利用各项数据对团队进行辅导、监督和管理,以保证销售工作的有效性进展。
8. 熟悉团队培训、辅导的各种方式和方法,能有针对性的对团队成员进行上岗/在职辅导和岗位技能培训。
Responsibility:
The position is responsible for driving direct sales into accounts, actively manages the entire consulting and sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, targeting accounts as well as negotiating contracts and closing new business.
Responsible for ensuring Unit is operated in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsible for the daily operation, overseeing program quality and implementation
Recruit, hire, train, coach, counsel, and develop Unit staff.
Requirements: 1. Above colleague, sales experience in training/consulting, business service solution industry Both spoken and written English language capability
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Excellent communication and phone skills
4. Detail oriented with strong follow up skills, proactive and good team player
