职位描述/要求:
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide a professional HR service to all LGG business units in ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities. Among the various Human Resource functions, the job holder would support couple of below areas:
* Hiring
* Retention
* Compensation & Benefits administration
* Welfare Management (include transport, dormitories, canteen, laundry etc)
* Employee Relations
* Succession Planning
* Learning & Development
* Sustainable Excellence
* General Admin such as reception, etc
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree holder
- > = 2 year working experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills
