职位描述/要求:
Location: Shen Zhen Job Summary: Handles all finance/accounting related matters for SZ Office, including but not limited to taxation, reporting to government etc; Handles HR related tasks for SZ Office, including coordination for staff communication activities etc; Sales admin assistance and all “back office’ functions for the SZ Office. Main responsibilities · Handle all accounting/finance documents that are not centralized in SH; · Act as a bridge between SZ Office & “centralized functions” in SH (Fin/HR), to promptly report/alert any potential risks the office is facing (legal/tax etc); · Where necessary, issue invoice for service activities and maintain proper control/monitoring of invoice; · Properly keep bank cheque, and perform reconciliation monthly; · Submission of reports that are required by the local governments; · Any tasks that is assigned by Finance in Shanghai HQ; · Develop and execute administration programs, ensure office administration cost effectiveness · Interact with office suppliers and vendors · Keep structured HR filing/recording when necessary with strong sense of confidentiality; · Perform related HR operations, such as orientation programs, temp recruitment coordination, as well as other employee communication programs, such as birthday parties, round table meetings, annual dinner, etc. when applied; · Ensure all HR process and standards are implemented within the compliance of country/regional requirements; Requirements: · University graduate; · Minimum of 2 years experience in finance/accounting field; · Keep a China Accounting qualification certificate; · Computer literacy, familiar with one of the prevailing ERP Systems (experience with SAP is a bonus) · Reasonable English and Mandarin skill – Reading/Writing/Speaking; · Team player 联系方式:
