职位描述：
1.安排和陪同客户寻找和挑选合适的房产
2.发展新的客户
3.维护与现有客户，供应商和中间环节的良好关系
3.维护和更新安居服务部门及房产部门的数据库
4.为潜在客户提供需求分析并寻找合适的房产资源
5.在服务期内提供一切相关后续服务
6.协助安居服务部门及房产部门的其他工作
7.协助业务发展部门准备相应的营销资料和活动
8.负责处理客户的结算及收款工作

职位需求：
1.2年以上房产相关经验
2.良好的服务意识和沟通技能
3.良好的英语交流能力
4.熟练使用MICROSOFT OFFICE系列办公软件
5.能够承受一定的工作压力
6.能够积极主动地参与工作
7.能够说上海话者优先考虑

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Compile date-base of developments expatriate accommodation
-Develop business relationship with existing and new Property Owners or Developers.
-Perform Housing search and assist in negotiation program with extensive knowledge of the current market and professional negotiating skills and ensure the best terms are secured

Our IDEAL candidate is outgoing, hardworking, honest, and professional and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. 2 years or above of Real Estate experiences, Computer literate – MS word/ Excel/PPS, Chinese and English is a must.
