职位描述/要求:
1. Handle customer sales order and message. 2. Complete regular sales report with exact date to relevant functions and keep intact and organized documentation folders for each customer. 3. Inform customer demand to master scheduler and confirm the shipment plan with customer. 4. Carefully treat and correctly understand all kind of the messages from customer(include complaint)and make in time response with related function. 5. Maintain ERP system about sales areas. 6. Coordinate with related department about RMA and FPO issues. 7. Assistant sales accountant job. Qualification Requirement: 1. College degree or equivalent. 2. Over 3 years FOE work experience in customer service or sales areas. 3. Experience in an ERP environment and conceptual understanding of it. 4. Good command of spoken/written English; Good presentation and report making skills. 5. ISO9000/20006. Strong sense of responsibility 联系方式:
