Key Responsibility and Duties:

• Manage all activities related to production line to meet customer requirement in shift basis 全面管理生产线的各项工作以满足客户要求。
• Support or follow the yield and efficiency improvement with relevant department in shift basis. 跟踪产量，同相关部门配合提高生产率
• Manpower count control, operator training and HPU monitor per product line. 生产线人员调配，操作工培训，生产计划出货情况监测。
• Implement and follow the company regulation贯彻执行公司的规章制度
• Process material and WIP control in shift basis 在线物流管理与品质改善

Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor in high polymer processing or engineering related field 本科学历，高分子材料与工程或相关理工专业。
• More than three years work experience as line supervisor in FOE company(painting experience is preferred) 三年以上外资企业生产管理经验。
• Good English reading and writing skill(prefer is have oral skill) 英语良好
• Have experience on MRP program operating is a plus 熟悉MRP者优先
• FMEA experience is an advantage 具备较强的工序改善和现场管理能力
