Key Responsibility and Duties:

• Production preparation included all kind of paint material.
• Based on WI to maintain painting machine/Process in good condition and adjust the painting parameter.
• Process yield and output monitor and follow-up in hourly basis to meet production plan needed.
• Train line operator to meet process needs
• Fully involve in safety and line house keeping and security and other EHSS related issue in shift basis.6. Support painting engineer in NPI related issues.
• 做好生产准备工作,包括各种喷涂材料的调配。
• 根据作业指导书维护喷涂设备/生产工艺,使其保持良好的工作状况，并负责调整喷涂参数。
• 定时监测产量，确保按计划完成生产任务。
• 培训喷涂线操作员。
• 负责完成喷涂生产线的安全卫生和环保工作。
• 在新品导入期间支持喷涂工程师的工作。

Qualification Requirement:

• Professional school and above
• Over 2 years technician experience as painting process(included paint-mixing skill and daily machine maintenance skills) in plastic painting field.
• Prefer to know both hand-paint and auto-paint process skill
• Able to read English is preferred
• Able to work in shift.
• 高中或以上学历
• 两年以上塑料喷涂行业相关工作经验（包括调漆和设备的日常维护保养技术）。
• 熟悉手工和自动喷涂技术。
• 能阅读英文资料者优先
• 能适应倒班工作。
