Key Responsibility and Duties

• To plan, organize and control day-to-day CNC and EDM/WEDM workload and schedule to match the toolshop capacity plan.
• To check and approve the purchasing application form, define the spare parts levels.
• To draft and update Work Instruction, lead the 5S, safty and environmental issues.
• To interview candidates and give new colleague training.
• To monitor and review equipments status to be sure they are in good condition

Qualification Requirement:

• College above degree in mechanical related subjects.
• Good experience in handling tool shop equipment like milling, grinding, EDM, CNC controlled machines etc.
• Experience in CAD/CAM software, Pro-Engineer, Unigraphics.
• Talk and read English.
• Good leader abilities and sense of responsibility.
• Willing to develop with the company.
