职位描述/要求:

Main Tasks:
- Training Support
- Keeping Learning Portfolio manager informed about the enrollment status
- Handling enquiries from employees and Managers regarding learning solutions
- Enrolling/ canceling participants on/from learning solutions.
- Scheduling learning solution sessions based on availability of classroom, equipment and Trainer.
- Following up the number of registrations and monitoring the cancellation day
- If the number of participants is below minimum, Training Coordinator will contact the Learning Portfolio Manager and he/she will take the needed action, e.g. make decision of cancellation.
- Sending out Invitation /cancellation to participants and trainer
- Informing and instructing the trainer about the practical issues.
- Arranging copying of the materials and delivering the material, participant list and evaluation forms to the venue.
- Ensuring that the classroom is set up correctly
- Providing support to participants and trainer before and during the training session .
- Assist internal trainer for materials preparation
- Making the evaluation summaries and delivering to the relevant persons
- Checking the external invoices, getting approval and delivering to Finance.
- Invoicing participants after the session.
- On-going discussion between Training Consultant and Learning Portfolio manager is important to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions.
- Training Information Management
- Keep training record on time include sales / non-sales
- Report to T&D manager about training expense issues
- Draft newsletter regarding to training in NN family, Intraweb
- E-Learning System Service
- Monitor the system operation and keep in touch with support team include HQ Marketing dept, CRO mkt dept, Medical dept, Sales dept and IT
- Send the certificates to trainees
- Vendor Management
- Assist T&D Manager to deal with the paper work and routine work professionally.
- Act as the key liaison person with all internal and external customers and provide excellent and timely service to all internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- graduate from college
- using the MS office professionally and masterly
- writing, reading and speaking English well
- at least two years experience on administration assistant
