Qualifications:

1.Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Auditing;

2.5+ years work experience in accounting, consolidation report, project report;

3.Good understanding of PRC tax system and IFRS;

4.Familiar with project management accounting and construction accounting;

5.Excellent communication and reporting skills in English;

6.Familiar with MS Office, especially for Excel;

7.Good skills in Finance application software;

8.Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g. CICPA, ACCA, AICPA) preferred;

9.Intelligent, highly reliable and able to execute assigned duties under time pressure.

 

Responsibilities:
1.Assist to Finance Manager processing IFRS report, ensure all reporting and work papers are prepared in due time in compliance with IFRS reporting and SEC reporting rules;

2.Review and ensure the contract data (schedule, cost, progress, payment status) is kept up to date and reportable when required;

3.Assist to Finance Manager to handle finance & accounting affairs;
4.Work with internal and external auditor;

5.Help to maintain the group accounting and policy & procedures manuals;
6.Trace to the change of IFRS;

7.Participate in some routine work and review financial statements.
