LOCATION: Shanghai

JOB SUMMARY:

• Provide financial analysis for projects and daily management, assist finance manager to prepare forecast/ plan and complete adhoc financial reports.
• Partner with China finance and accounting team to prepare and lead various forecast, plan, month-end close and pricing, business case, financial reporting and other requests.
• Provide finance support for key business customers, including business development, sales, IT, and others.
• Work closely with accounting team on various projects and ad-hoc requests.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES:

• Daily : Project pricing support for new proposals from sales and business development

• Month end :

 Project revenue/ expense analysis and report
 Assist finance manager prepare forecast/ plan
 Prepare department expense report
 Lead preparation of monthly financial reporting package

• Adhoc:
 Special project analysis (i.e. base cost analysis, department expense...) on request
 Backup of senior accountant (understand accounting procedure and reporting)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, major in economics, finance, accounting, with CPA certificate is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and written.
• At least 4 years working experience in finance department of multi-national companies, including 2 years in financial analysis field.  With knowledge in IT software outsourcing company is a big plus
• Familiar with ERP system (Oracle and Kingdee preferred) and reporting system (Hyperion preferred).
• Excellent in Excel
