Job responsibilities:

• To assist in obtaining user requirement on for Open System applications
  
• To develop technical specifications for Open System application change.
  
• Responsible for Open System work such as system setup for new client, online batch change at system and application activities, etc.
  
• Provide on call support Open System production issue.
  
• To conduct trouble-shooting activities to ensure the existing system is running smoothly.
  
• To work closely with other Application Services team members in the team on project basis.
  
• The scope of Open system covers EMI, VMx web server, file transfer server, PRM, vILS, and the Data warehouse service. All future non-mainframe solution will also be covered in Open system team.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline from a reputable University.
  
• A minimum of 3 years experience open system and/or application development experience, preferably acquired from the banking industry in China.
  
• Familiar with open system operation system like Windows/Unix/Linux,
  
• Familiar with open system database system like MS SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase/Informix/DB 2, etc.
  
• Familiar with open system development language like Java, C/C++, Delphi, VisualBasic, etc.
  
• Familiar with Web Server system like Websphere / Weblogic /TomCat / IIS, etc.
  
• Familiar with BusinessObjects / PRM products would be a plus.
  
• Knowledge of credit card application experience would be a plus.
  
• Knowledge in Vision PLUS development experience in a unique advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  
• Result-oriented who could work under pressure and deadline.
