Responsibilities:

· Represent the projects on Company’s behalf toward the customers.
· Lead the project activities within the Company’s organization.
· Report project status and forecasts to the Company’s and ALSTOM’s management.
· Resolve with the customer or consortium partner contractual issues.
· The size of responsibility is approx. 500M RMB per project and approx. 5 direct cooperators.

Caliber candidates should possess the following educational background & work experience:

· University degree or above in Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in power plant or related companies, 2 years experience in project teams as technical leader, purchaser, project controller or etc.
· Have technical knowledge of the steam turbine set and the power station as a whole, and basic knowledge and experience with company organization procedures; Conceptual commercial/financial and legal know-how.
· English fluent in writing and speaking.
· Strategic thinking; profit oriented proceeding; decision maker; team Leader. Strong ability in motivating and delegating.
